Quintus Lollius Urbicus was a Roman general and governor who lived in the 2nd century AD. He was born in Italy, but his family had roots in the province of Africa. He served in various military campaigns in Germany and Britain, and was appointed governor of Britain in AD 139.

As governor, Urbicus oversaw the construction of Hadrian's Wall, which he completed in AD 142. He also carried out several military campaigns against the northern tribes of Britain, and is said to have defeated the Brigantes, one of the largest tribes in the region.

After his term as governor ended, Urbicus returned to Rome and served in various administrative positions. He was eventually appointed consul in AD 146, the highest office in the Roman Republic. He died sometime before AD 160.
